Chinese food, one of the ‘Three Grand Cuisines’ of the world, would not be so grand without the world’s very best ingredients. For these we count on our friends in Vermont and New England. We use authentic spices and ﬂavors from China and as often as possible, we choose local ingredients from Vermont farmers and purveyors.
